As per its name, the OPTIONS Programme affords those taking their first steps into the industry the opportunity to explore the various OPTIONS and paths that a career in FinTech can offer.
Time for graduates to meet with fellow joiners, learn about the business and engage with some of our business managers and leadership team.
Graduates will be assigned a ‘buddy’ to help them settle in and longer term will have a more senior team member to provide mentorship and guidance.
